REDISCOVERING THE OLD HUME HIGHWAY 31 RALLY

Following a logistical and time frame review the decision was taken to postpone this event.
All entry fees will be refunded and the organising committee will be assessing future options.

This book was produced by Roads & Maritime Services. RMS as known in NSW is the equivalent of VicRoads.

The book quickly became the definitive Historic Old Hume Highway Touring Guide from Sydney to Albury.

Recognising the need to complete the tour, 'Old Hume Highway 31' negotiated with VicRoads and RMS to have the book revised to include the Victorian component from Wodonga to Melbourne.

'Old Hume Highway 31' announced the project had been given the go ahead, and had the strong support of both State bodies with funding from VicRoads.

'Old Hume Highway 31' said they would be delighted to receive any material, photographs, maps, brochures, anecdotes, local histories, etc relating to the Old Hume Highway. For safe handling of important historic materials please contact Frank Burke.
